 Aegis Metal Solutions Welcomes Bruce Herbitter!

We are pleased to announce that Bruce Herbitter has joined Aegis Metal Solutions as the newest member of our expanding sales team.

Bruce brings more than 25 years of experience in the metal building industry, with a well-rounded background that includes sales, estimating, operations, and project management. His depth of knowledge and hands-on approach make him a valuable addition to our team—and a strong asset for the customers we serve.

Over the course of his career, Bruce has worked closely with general contractors, developers, and building owners to deliver a wide range of project types, including aircraft hangars, warehouses, retail stores, and agricultural structures. He has extensive expertise in pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), cold-formed bolted buildings, pole barns, and structural steel systems.

Bruce joins Aegis from Fortify Building Solutions/Cornerstone Building Brands, where he supported customers across Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. In this role, he was responsible for identifying opportunities, performing takeoffs, developing quotes, managing projects from drafting through delivery, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout. Prior to that, Bruce held key roles with Dean Steel Buildings and OSI Building Systems, including executive-level responsibility for operations, engineering, and production. His career began in the structural steel and plate fabrication space, where he gained valuable insight into the field and shop sides of the business.
